Every satisfied guest and their smile is our reward. We take the satisfaction of you, our guests, very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding your stay in our hotel should be directed to the hotel reception during your stay so that we can resolve it immediately.

Please send problems that cannot be resolved on the spot in writing to the hotel manager at email: management@hotelalfons.cz

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, after 8:00 PM you can use the self-service check-in to the hotel at any time.
  • Check-out by 11:00 AM
  • The hotel is strictly non-smoking, with a fine of €50. In case of violation, the guest risks termination of their stay.

 

  • Deposit – a deposit of CZK 2000 or €80 is required upon arrival at the hotel for the possible use of hotel services, and will be returned on the day of departure after room inspection. The deposit can be paid in cash or as a credit card pre-authorization.
  • Cancellations/Prepayments – cancellation and prepayment conditions for the stay depend on the offer and type of reservation. Non-refundable reservations are charged at 100% on the day the reservation is received. In the case of any circumstances and reasons for the guest’s non-arrival at the hotel, these reservations are 100% non-refundable. Standard reservations are not charged in advance. Cancellation conditions for standard reservations depend on the offer and season.

 

  • A passport or other identification document is required upon arrival.
  • Room change during the stay for a fee of CZK 750 or €30
  • In the case of cancellations of reservations in the discounted “non-refundable” option, it is not possible to request a refund for the stay or a change of its date.
  • For reservations canceled less than 48 hours before arrival, a cancellation fee may be charged.

 

  • Children and extra beds:
    • Children up to 6 years of age without the right to a bed and board are accommodated free of charge.
    • Children up to 3 years of age in a cot with a surcharge of CZK 125 or € 5 incl.
    • Extra bed regardless of age for a fee of CZK 625 or € 25 per night.
    • A maximum of one extra bed is possible in the room.
    • We reserve baby cots and extra beds upon request before arrival.
    • Fees are not included in the price at the time of booking and must be paid upon arrival.
  • Nighttime quiet hours in the hotel are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and a fine of up to €200 may be imposed for violating them.
  • The guest is responsible for all damages caused by him/her in the hotel.
  • The hotel is not responsible for the guest’s valuables unless he/she has explicitly requested safekeeping in the hotel safe.
