Order of Hotel Alfons services

The ordered services will be confirmed to your email. If necessary, the hotel service will contact you to clarify the order.

Breakfast to your room

If you are interested in breakfast served in the room, we offer you a choice from the following menu. Order can be made no later than 18:00 in the evening for breakfast served until 8:30. Breakfast after 08:30 can be ordered later, but no later than 1.5 hours in advance. Breakfast in the room can be served until 11:30.

The room service fee is CZK 250 / person.

Items can be ordered between 11:00 – 18:00, preparation time 15-45 minutes.

Taxi / transfer

  • The service must be booked at least 1.5 hours in advance during the day (8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m
  • Estimated price estimate by zone (see imge)
  • Payment is made directly to the driver at your destination. Payment possible in cash or by credit card
  • The final real price depends on the city traffic, the length of the driver’s wait for the client, the tariff time / day-night

Interested in a late checkout from your hotel room?

The service is charged – checkout from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the amount of 10 EUR/hour. In the case of a later checkout, the price of 1 night is charged according to the currently valid price list.

Laundry service

Please fill in the items below the list and confirm the order of the laundry service at the bottom of the page.

Please prepare the laundry in a white plastic bag, which you will find in the closet in your room. Then please leave the plastic bag in your room on the floor in the bathroom or at the front door of the room. Never place the plastic bag in the hallway in front of your room.

We will return the laundry to your room within 24 hours. If you send the laundry order after 18:00, the plastic bag will be picked up the next day during the daily cleaning of your room.
